SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MSHIELD ® Supplements. Following are the terms
and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered
on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in
shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times will depend on the shipment area. Delivery delays can

occasionally occur, especially due to Custom Clearances.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing
your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

To determine if we can ship to your country, please find our list of Banned Countries below:

If your country is listed above, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to you at this time due to
business-related reasons.
Please note: If you are a member of the INDIAN Military, MSHIELD ® Supplements ships to all
APS (Army Postal Services), NBPO (Navel Base Postal Office), and INDIAN POST addresses.

I PLACED AN ORDER AND IT HASN’T BEEN RECEIVED:
Domestic Orders:
If you chose our Standard Shipping, please make sure that you have tracked your order to find out
the status of your order.  If tracking hasn’t updated in more than five days, please contact our
Customer Support Team for assistance at info@jpnutraceuticals.com.
International Orders:
If you choose our Standard Shipping, you will not have any way to track your order, and neither does
our Customer Support Team.  You can calculate the date your order should arrive by starting with
the date your order shipped (as given to you in your Shipping Confirmation email) and count 14
business/working days.  Remember, count only weekdays (Monday-Friday), and do not count

holidays when calculating your delivery date.  However, as this is only an estimated delivery date,
we ask that you give delivery of your order at least another week to see if your order arrives.
 Sometimes shipping delays occur.

MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED MORE THAN ONCE FOR MY ORDER:
If you tried to place an order and experienced an issue/received an error message (wrong CVV
code, wrong billing address, etc.) and then attempted to place a separate order, your credit card
summary may show multiple “authorizations.”

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
MSHIELD ® Supplements is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your
order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs,
taxes, etc.). Customs may delay the shipment.

Apparel products must be returned within 7-days and cannot be worn or used.

We don't make you jump through hoops to get your money back if our products are not right
for you. It’s that simple. We are not satisfied until you are.

General Return Policy:

These are Mshield.com’s (“MSHIELD”, “we” or “our’) Standard Return Policies applicable only
to products purchased by you directly from the Mshield.com website.
 All product returns require approval from our customer service team within 30 days of receipt
of product.
 Upon receipt of returned product Mshield.com will refund the purchase amount.
 Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense
if received by us:
o Any product not purchased from Mshield.com
o Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including
the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product
o Any product that exhibits physical damage
o Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
 Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
o If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color),
you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of
the defect and/or incorrect product.
o We DO NOT replace with a different product than what was originally ordered.
 We are unable to exchange any ordered product for a different product (style or color)

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

RETURNS:
All our shipments are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. However, if due to
an error on our part you receive the wrong product(s) or the incorrect number of
products, kindly do notify us within 24 hours of the same.
ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS:
 If you have received your product(s) but find it to be damaged, leaking or tampered
with.
 In this case, you will need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product.
When you notify us, please ensure to send us images of the damage as proof of the
same.
 We will investigate the same on our end.

 If, based on our examination, the product is beyond use and in damaged condition,
then we will request you to discard the product. In this case, we will extend you a
replacement for the same.
 If, based on our examination, the product has a minor damage, we will ask you to
return the product to us. Once we have received the product, we will dispatch a fresh
product as a replacement for the same.
UNACCEPTABLE REASON FOR RETURN:
 If you notify us of a return after 48 hours of receiving the product(s).
 If the product you wish to return is already opened and used by you.
 If you are returning products for any reason apart from a manufacturing defect of theproduct.

REFUNDS:
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF:
 The product returned by you is noticeably damaged and/or tampered with by you.
 The shipping address you entered while placing an order is incorrect.
 You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.
 If you do not comply with the returns policy stated above.
REFUNDS MAY BE ISSUED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
 The product ordered by you is not in stock with us.*
 The shipping address is not serviceable by us.*
 The product returned by you is found in good condition and is not tampered with,
and your reason for return is deemed as ‘acceptable’ by our management.
 If you comply with the returns policy stated below.
 You have paid twice for a single order.

CANCELLATION:

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment
